In case the room or apartment reserved is not available at the time of the arrival of the customer, "Casa Castelli" is committed to provide adequate alternative accommodation; if the customer fails to be satisfied by alternative accommodation proposal from "Casa Castelli", he is entitled only to a refund of any deposit paid and nothing more. The payment of the deposit in favour of "Casa Castelli", by the customer, determines the acceptance of this "disclaimer policy".
